Farthing

Looking up from his coloring, a young Spinda offers a heart-warming look. His methods gentle and with care, as if handling pottery, and he offers his warmth to each and every one.

Farthing came from a Spinda Clan in the Dusty Woods, the same one that Florin hails from. Farthing is the son of the leader Talent, though he hardly ever mentions this fact. He grew up drawing with crayons and sees it as a fun hobby and way to make others smile.

Farthing is a light-hearted, up-beat spinda that likes to make others happy and enjoy life. He, like Florin, has a strong clan-mentality that everyone should be at the same level and treated with respect. His moods are catchy.

However, a rare side of Farthing -the solemn mature side- can surface. He abhors any mention of hanging or gallows and never mentions the death of Talent to anyone. Secretly he hates his father for the selfish act of suicide and blames Talent for the damage that has happened to Florin. Everything Farthing does is to try and cheer Florin up, even resorting to using the sacred nickname of “pacha” for him.

Move-set:
  Fake Tears: Farthing starts crying magnificently, sure to bring any Pokémon to reconsider their actions
  Disable: Farthing shouts or pleads for a Pokémon to stop their attack.
  Encore: He dances around, clapping his paws and singing “Do it again, do it again!”
  Uproar: (only to be used in extreme circumstances) Farthing gathers up all of his rage and sends out a great bellow, sure to wake any sleeping Pokémon up. He continues this cacophony until he runs out of steam or is stopped by a ghost Pokémon.
